When performers completed spins on shoulders or executed combinations with astonishing balance, the theater filled with continuous “wows” and bursts of applause. The Swedish audience was deeply amazed by this unprecedented art form, expressing their respect for Chinese acrobatic art through the most direct exclamations of awe.
