Special Edition for 2022 Happy Chinese New Year Taijiquan Fitness Microclass

Taijiquan is one genre of Chinese martial arts, which was included in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in December 2020 by UNESCO. There are multiple Taijiquan genres and styles. TCM Health Preserving Microclass

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) embodies a comprehensive set of ancient Chinese philosophy, health preserving theories and practical experiences and is itself a huge contribution of Chinese people to the world. The traditional ideology of TCM, its health preserving methods and recipes have been playing an important part in daily life of ordinary Chinese and gradually evolving into a series of conventions and life protocols which have influenced the dietary form, dressing code, living and commuting habits of Chinese people. As we celebrate the Spring Festival, this episode of health mini-course will usher in a series of health preserving short videos. Guqin Study Class 18/11-29/11

“Guqin Study Class” According to this year’s teaching plan, our center will hold a “Guqin Study Class” again from November 18th to 29th 2019, and invite the Guqin player Deng Hong to come to Stockholm. The classes will be taught in three levels: the zero basic class, the primary class and the higher class. Please clearly tell us which class you wish to attend and which dates if you can´t attend´every class of the level chosen. Musikkurs i Guqin på kinesiska kulturcentret i Stockholm

Den 28 november 2018 startade en ny och alldeles unik musikkurs i Guqin på Kinesiska kulturcentret i Stockholm. Klasserna leddes av Kinas Central National Orchestras berömda guqinspelare Deng Hong, som flugits hit för att hålla i dessa intensivkurser. Guqin är ett klassiskt kinesiskt liggande stränginstrument med 3000/årig historia. Värd för öppningsceremonin var Pu Zhengdong, kulturattaché vid den kinesiska ambassaden i Sverige och chef för Stockholms kinesiska kulturcenter. Professor Cecilia Lindqvist, 86-årig känd svensk sinolog och författare till bl.a. boken Qin, deltog i inledningsceremonin och höll ett tal till över 60 kinesiska och svenska studenter. Först av allt lyfte Pu Zhengdong fram Cecilia Lindqvists stora gärning när det gäller att främja kinesisk kultur i Sverige, speciellt guqin.
