“中国味道———中秋主题美食工作坊”以中国传统四大菜系之一的淮扬菜为主要内容,通过线上美食教学培训、体验互动环节,让海外民众线下通过视频指导上手制作中国美食,形成线上互动、线下体验的交流方式,增加视频的吸引力和趣味性。同时,通过介绍淮扬菜及江苏中秋佳节美食,将美食背后的历史故事与中秋文化习俗相结合,充分展示太湖流域饮食文化“精细、雅丽、和谐、自然”的精髓,并展现魅力无锡、水韵江苏的旅游价值。

An event called “A Taste of China at Mid-Autumn: Chinese Gourmet Workshop” will share recipes of Huaiyang food, which is one of the four traditional Chinese cuisines. Online activities will be held, including teaching people how to cook Chinese food. The event will also unveil the history of Huaiyang cuisine and its connections with Mid-Autumn Festival.
