太极誉世界,康健游中国。2020年12月,太极拳被列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。“健康中国游——太极拳微课堂”系列视频以“传承的故事”展现太极拳的发展传播,针对现在快节奏的生活方式,专家们编创了养生入门三式基础动作教学。小伙伴们,忙了一天,累了吧,赶紧练练太极呀,舒缓身心,驱除疲劳,神清气爽一下!

Taijiquan (Tai Chi) is world-renowned traditional Chinese martial art and exercise which was added to UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in December 2020. “Taijiquan Fitness Microclass” shows the inheritance and development of Taijiquan and encourages everyone to practice Taijiquan by teaching the three basic moves that are optimized and created by experts to fit the fast-paced modern lifestyle. Are you feeling tired after a hard day’s work? Let’s practice Taijiquan to relieve physical and mental stress and fatigue!
